Do we want normies here? Yes. We want users. We want growth.
Without growth, devs lose interest. Without devs, funding dries up. Without funding, Nostr goes back to being a 2022...
What kind of growth are you expecting? Considering who we are up against I think nostr is doing fine. The longer nostr exist the more people will find it in time. I stumbled upon nostr years ago with no prompting and fell in love with the concept immediately.
People will find nostr in due time imo. I think being at places normies hangout and spreading the word is the best thing to do. Small incremental growth is all we need. I personally don’t like having normies here as they will bring their views and practices that make SM unbearable but that’s just me…
