I have to admit when I was about to clone&edit a video event, I had to guess the relay to fetch the raw event. My second guess (damus) was correct.

Another note on having the ID in the URL: it refers to a 3xxxx replaceable kind, thus it's possible that the video event had been replaced (edited), and the old ID is not available anymore.
