if they are here illegally and not citizens then yes they will be deported in alberta only of course they will be sent to canada now these also will be temporary workers and international students that are here temporarily and are here on expired visas they will be sent to canada from alberta and yes this will be in our constitution on how the immigration will work as this is up to all albertans once we have our independence hopefully this answers your question
