Finished day three of 3rd week in 8 week couch to 5k plan. Feeling good though I really dispose treadmill running. Running outside in the dark on icy roads isn’t really prudent.
Intervals today was 6 sets of 800m at 3:30 minutes each. Right in that pain spot that isn’t much fun, but enjoyed it nonetheless. #runstr
