Hard to say what my Ratio is… I try to eat very clean right now…. Most of the time I let the AI decide what I eat in the day. When I am out with Friends I will factor that in and try to not eat before in the day. But well - Sometimes I fail … I would say in the last 2 months I had 5-7 „b...
