I've seen this floating around for a while now. This is why I don't just fall back on the "nothing ever happens" when the left accuses people of extremism or when politically connected corpos like Sam Altman talk about outlawing privately owned ram.

The words are a prepatory phase for action. Just because they don't always materialize right away doesn't change that fact. It's always "nothing every happens" until the prep starts adding up and things very much suddenly DO happen.
