I am in South San Jose and I got woken up by a MyShake and a general iOS alert about an M6 (at the time) earthquake in Redwood Valley, CA… 165 miles away.

I hope everyone near the epicenter of the earthquake is okay, I didn’t feel a thing. I’m wondering if alert distance thresholds should be adjusted. I’m quite far from the epicenter and I’m not sure an alert was necessary for me.
