Blockchains are all scams sadly. And democracy is a captured system anyhow. I don't have the solution either.

This is an overgeneralization. Blockchains are a just a neutral tech, although many people use blockchains to run their scam.

Democracies get captured because we never had the tools to implement direct democracies. This is changing. Anyway, the future will either lean towards technocracy or direct democracy, for me, the hopeful path is a no brainer.

Yes, a direct democracy could work and few (none?) countries have ever implemented it. It's also too much tolerance from the people. We tolerate third party interference - lobbying, NGOs, Israel, etc. all influencing and buying their way into dictating policy in every country.
