As a hobbyist programmer, I’ve only ever used Claude. I wouldn’t say I’m happy with it…it complicates things and parses things so finely that it never seems to finish a software feature. It has gotten better at properly abstracting things to the right degree (since February).
That said, I’d never be able to some things without it (reproducible builds, for example).
