At this point, "it's scarce as shit" is just an excuse to be a broke ass mother fucker who acts like royalty. So, what should be the norm from your point of view? In practice, I give €2 (3600 Sats) if it's something nice, €5 (9000 Sats) if I'm quite excited about the song & performance, and €10 (18000 Sats) if I'm also tipsy on top of everything else.
