This is already implemented in geogram. Install it on any ESP32 for 2 USD the piece and you get instant WiFi mesh network going that you can connect with a normal browser.

It is easy to hide esp32 on some tree. It is not easy to hide solar panel. In my country will not survive first night.

Why would you want to hide it? Plenty of places are out of reach like house roof tops. An ESP32 is the same device used for all those LoRa that you see out there in nature.
