In the United States of America, we are not legally allowed to drink alcohol until age twenty one, which is after humans are allowed to join the military, vote, and often finish college. There are no states that allow marriage less than, like, thirteen or fourteen, and those are in the deep south *ahem*; who enforces UN decrees?
