Think I'm gonna plant the 22 acres I'm gonna buy with forage cover crops, with lots of flowering things for muh bees and pumpkins and squash for selling at farmers markets. Then this fall buy like 30 sheep and a donkey to rotate around the field all winter. I've got a shit ton of 30mil pond liner plastic I bought at an auction that I can use to build a shitty shed for them for bad weather out of a few 2x4's. Our winters are really tough on sheep and it's hard to keep lambs alive. After two years I should be up to 100 sheeb and should have the original expenses paid off from selling most of the male lambs. Then looks like it would make ~20k a year thereafter. I can also use all the wool for insulating beehives. So with my circuit board business, honey, veggies, mushrooms and lambs I should be able pay all my living expenses easy. All my other projects can then be pure profit for building the hippie compound. Still waiting on land survey before I can buy the land, oof.
