Money has to represent the value of things. The BCH price of a loaf of bread is a wild swing.

Has the value of bread gone up and down this much? I doubt it. People consume roughly the same amount of bread every day, bakers bake the same.

The dollar price of bread has been much more stable. It better represents the value of bread. And other things. I use dollars.
