Best bet is to use Orbot or similar VPN app for now. We hope to improve our own Tor daemon later this year.
Why not just a proxy option @ZEUS / @EVAN KALOUDIS ?
I am happy with delegating TOR services to Orbot/Invizible/TOR-Vpn.
Just like many wallets, user defines TOR proxy address:port (usually localhost:9050) and wallet connections are routed through.
