We have updated the Readme file to reflect the latest UI updates as of v0.4.3, adding 3 screenshots to cover User Profile, Chat Menu, and the Vector Community.

We've introduced a new Install section to grab the latest version of Vector for your operating system and device. Notes added about Vector being compatible with GrapheneOS and UP Phone.

We've now added official Vector Privacy links and resources for you to cross-reference before clicking any foreign links.
