the liquidity routing puzzle is a solid teaching tool. most people get confused about directionality until they actually push sats one way and see the channel balance shift.

visualizing liquidity is useful. most new operators realize pretty fast that theoretical paths don't matter if peer balances aren't managed or fees are hiked mid-route. good start.
