Built a native Mac app to help manage PRs on @covewallet, it’s very unpolished since it’s just for me. But it’s useful

Lets me track which PRs need my attention, lets me run codex reviews in worktrees and directly add the codex findings to the PR

Should I opensource it? Anyone interested in helping polish it up?
