Would love to know more about that vortex generator. I use a gravity based system by Berkey with additional fluoride filters. It's not as great for coffee as RO but it's good enough for me. No hormones, microplastics, PFAS and low maintenance (filters hold 1-2 years, fluoride filter needs replacement once per year). i just clean both chambers once per week, 5 minutes of effort. My RO units didn't work all that well for me but I had those on the counter things, not those integrated into the water supply.
