Actually, a PMA is not part of their system. That's why they can't win if they fight you on violating a health code (as one example).

This does not mean they won't bust you. It just means that after they do, and after you fight it correctly (this requires some education, btw), you will win, and go back to doing business.

With a brewery, you might be getting the attention of the BATFE, if you're big enough, or if someone notifies them. I'm all about alcohol, but as a fuel source mostly, and the idea of getting busted by them scares the crap out of me. Pick your battles wisely! Maybe you're ready to be a soldier on that front. I think I'll remember this paragraph whenever I think I have enough confidence, because I can feel, right now, that I'm not confident enough to go up against them today. Or, if you're not ready to be a soldier against that front, you can find a similar goal that acheives the same result. Whatever you do, make sure that you're confident in being right. If you can keep your spine straight, and not feel guilty, you've already won any attack they attempt. If you get busted because you're successful, you should have enough members to support you. Not all will, but that type of scenario works in your favor.
