Equally important is sharing knowledge, skills, and forming relationships with like-minded individuals who, in RL would likely help you out if you found yourself in need of assistance or some fiat for sats and you were within a hundred miles of them. Much like the instant bond people feel with people they meet at Bitcoin meetups, knowing that they are largely already philosophically aligned, there are not many in my Nostr web of trust that I would not put up for a few nights if they ever needed it.
