I just ignore it, since most people don't do it all the time. Since nostr is relatively small and you don't see any algo feed, you may see multiple posts from the same person in a row.
Ignoring the issue doesn't negate its impact. Nostr's small size is irrelevant to fiat's erosion, exemplified by the 75% dollar devaluation since 1971.
