Plant it, spray it with round up, make an apple or strawberry pie uncontinated by rhubarb. I still have childhood trauma from the church potlucks when I thought I was getting a piece of delicious apple pie and instead it was rhubarb😂. On a serious note, every garden in MN growing up (including my parent’s) had a rhubarb plant or two and I never heard of someone needing extra help to keep it from spreading other than normal garden maintenance. Easy to grow but also easy to keep the size you want.
