Every day again, I read about another government wanting to ban social media for minors.
Thats gotta be some grifting shit at this point, right? ~15 years ago, scientists warned and experts explained, but nobody listened.
Now, 1-2 generations are algorythmically fucked. I do not see this being a good thing. At all.
Seriously what timeline are we living in? Tech-world is depression (RAMageddon), USA is the most unstable it has seemingly ever been (ICE) and politicians worldwide are attempting their damndest to ban stuff to protect kids while collecting all the data possible.
I want a time maschine...badly. Bring me back to 2000 when the internet was new, memes fresh, 4chan did real impacting stuff, Newgrounds was the place to be and games made to be played locally with no internet.
In a few weeks, I will literally go to rehab for burnout, but I will likely complain about this "stress" too because I am genuenly at my wit's end as to how to deal with this burden. x.x
