It's restrictive. If they don't switch, they will miss out on blocks. Even if it's one, it's too much to risk. Most nodes are still in alignment with bip110 more restrictive rules, pre30. It may take until the last few days but I am confident they will hall switch the bit. There will never be a split. This is just an upgrade that is hard to avoid.
