Diet and exercise. I didn’t start animal based/carnivore but it definitely helped and was a good fit for me.

#proofofwork Good job! 18-22 hours of daily fasting plus running at least 1 mile every day has gotten me down to the lowest body fat of my entire life, regardless of diet. I haven't measured, but I'm probably single digits, mayyybe 10-11%.
