I’m currently working on something that if successful, would allow relay operators to offload this responsibility to a community managed system. Ideally, relay ops would be able to focus on implementing NIPs and providing an awesome service to users, rather than fighting spammers each on their own...

I wonder if/when public relays will become unfeasible to run due to spam.

Acting based on 1984 is easy. What if 1984 reports have spams themselves 🤣 Tell me how to select people who will correctly post 1984 and will be uncorruptible and I will easily do spam filtering.
