A client that I just found that I also really like is https://fevela.me/. It's designed kind of like a feed reader, and it makes really good use of screen space. Unlike Primal, I don't have to click into subthreads of a conversation to see the whole reply chain. It flattens the reply tree and shows everything which I like.
