Day 65/365

65 pushups today.

I break them up into sets, to help minimize injury to already bad shoulders. But, was able to do 2 X 15 to start. I’m impressed, given that I could barely do one when I started. Not saying that for anyone else’s benefit, as I started out above, this is a personal challenge.
