The main issue we found was that the Bitcoin payment feature is only available on Square Point of Sale app in POS mode and not availble in Square Retail app. That wasn't clear in the onboarding process and customer service was a 5 hour attempt, got dropped twice, with people who didn't speak english or have any idea of how to solve it. We pay for Square Retail for additional features so are suprised not to have the new payment option.

I figured it out eventually by trial and error. It required downloading the Square POS, putting it in pos mode and setting up all the tiles and training all the staff on different UI just for a payment option.
