Lets say knots is at 100% usage, but someone still adds CSAM to the timechain (because they'd still be able to)
Will the knots users stop running rheir nodes?
No they will just scream for an update then some random guy outta nowhere is gunna show up & go hey we forked knots & made the update you want now no cp will ever get on. Start running your COP node now! Then the cycle begins again.
