It has an ebb and flow to it. Fascinating. You can hear it go up and down.
It might possibly be natural, if it was human made and sounded like static it wouldn't warble as much and it would be more randomized noise.
Still that's a heck of an interference sound!
I remember when cell phones would interfere with my speakers and tell me when I was getting a call.
