Kind of an area of speculation when it comes to @Paul Saladino MD‘s dietary philosophy tbh.. did we really evolve in an environment where a daily supply of 100s of grams of sugar was available for everybody? I’m not sure. Still admire the guy, but no one’s right ab everything imo. Idk, what do u guys think?
