Morning! I feel like beets are a love 'em or hate 'em food...I love them and need to cook them more often, roasted root veggies are always a hit here.
Actually he leans more towards pickling them. He’s a huge fan of pickled eggs & we’ve made a few batches so far this year. I never tired them prior to last month, but they’re pretty good
