@nprofile1q... I had to push myself, and took a lot of breaks. This was longer than any hike this year, and in several inches of snow (6-inches higher up).

Traction was good. It was a rare wet snow, but more work.

I’ve suffered no ill effects. In fact, I flew down.

It was strangely familiar, yet unfamiliar, a known scene repainted, and in some cases erased or colors converted to monochrome.

This was the summit, the surrounding peaks (University, Woody) gone.
