Venezuelan interim President Delcy Rodríguez confirmed a 25-year agreement covering 17 strategic fields, targeting production of 1.5 million barrels per day, with projected investment over $100 billion and tax revenue of about $209 billion for Venezuela while retaining sovereignty.
