There is no "good way" to maintain a Technological Civilization. We are trapped in a cycle, and complaining about it is like complaining about old age, death and taxes, and everything else inevitable....
@FourOh-LLC @nprofile1q... @Caleb James DeLisle I often wonder about all the endangered species that are being killed by industrial man. One of the benefits of industrialization was allowing people to find and categorize species. So we wouldn’t know many of them even existed.
Also there’s a motivation for biologists to find species, since they go down in history as the discover of a species. They even get to name it. So the incentive is to subdivide ever further by trait.
