Oh man... I can tell you've not experienced the El duende and passion of Flamenco. The "geriatric" dancer (in this case) leads the musicians. They follow her "calls" which she signals with her feet. All players and the dancer are connected through the heart. There is no masquerading going on, this is imbedded in their soul.
