First of all, I have to thank you very much, because you were one of the first people who truly believed in this chicken project. I would say you were the second person to believe in this idea, and it really meant a lot to me because you always tried your best to help this project move forward.

We also tried our best, but unfortunately, life decided otherwise. The epidemic dealt us a big blow. We couldn't find people to sell the chickens to in time, and then the chickens started dying because of the disease.

At the very beginning, the breed we had selected for the project was not the breed that was actually delivered to us. I only found that out after two weeks, and by then, I couldn't turn things around anymore.

It was an experience that really hit me hard because this was a project I believed in and did everything I could to make it succeed, but things started going in the wrong direction.

I'm truly grateful to everyone who believed in this project and put their hand in the dough to help make it happen.

And I also tell myself that everything happens for a good reason. This experience taught me a lot.

One of the biggest lessons I learned is that I will no longer raise chickens of this particular breed for this kind of project. If they have to be slaughtered and kept in a freezer at only three months old, it creates too many limitations and expenses. Next time, I would choose a breed that gives us more time and more flexibility, while also giving us a better chance to react to epidemics and other unexpected problems.
