Although "turned her wheels right at him" is not quite true either. The moment on the image on the right is when she's reversing. When she goes forward again, she turns the wheels towards the right. She was still moving the car towards the ICE guy, but it was not quite head on.

Regardless, don't drive your car when cops or ICE agents are standing around, esp after they tell you to fucking stop and get out.
