Been all in on ancient Egypt stuff lately, some of this stuff is insane. There are stones so big in structures that we couldn't move them today. The largest stone we've moved in modern times required a giant custom built truck moving at 4mph and this stone is a 1/3rd the size of stones inside of Egyptian structures, and there are multiple of this size.

Other ancient cultures have the same giant stones. They clearly either had “help,” or were more advanced with physics technology than we are

The largest stones I moved were half ton corner through stones. They took three of us and a couple of wooden hoists to get into place without machinery. That gives me some idea of how they moved their 2-5 ton boulders. No idea about their 80 ton blocks though.
