You're absolutely right. Unfortunately, many of them don't contribute anything to the community. They don't understand the real purpose of the site they're only there to ask for help and focus solely on themselves.
What's even worse is that after they get zapped, they'll flood the site with more posts just to receive additional zaps... and it's becoming more and more common.
