What's your tactic for when you have one of those days where your energy is just completely shot and you feel up for nothing?
Having one of those days for some reason.
Gentle exercise. Just get your training kit on and do something that raises the heart rate to say 100 or 120. Best is to do it outside, but the main thing is to do it. I guarantee once you start, you'll want to keep going and after you will be a new man.
