I don't know why you're bothering. Those religious fanatics are never going to see beyond what they've been taught. They've been indoctrinated—that's just how it is. If they'd been indoctrinated to believe in fairy tales, they'd believe those just as blindly. It's a complete waste of time.

Indoctrination cuts both ways. Nobody reasons their way to naturalism from a blank slate, you absorb a framework same as anyone, then call it enlightenment instead of conditioning. Writing off the argument before engaging it is leaving the room and calling it a win.
