Like, an artist come up to you and say "Hey, I have an idea that would fit one of your ocs/fav characters. Wanna throw me some cash to make it happ...
@nprofile1q... A lot of good points already mentioned. I personally like the idea. But I like artists to be engaged and enjoy doing the art so an artist approaching me saying "I have an idea" feels like an artist would be genuinely interested. I'd probably only accept from someone I follow and has a portfolio, not the random person.
