I think you're asking the wrong frame of the question. You're asking what's the goal of accumulating money is.
If you put it in dollar terms, what's googles goal for accumulating all the dollars they've collected? They have all these costs of running a business like payroll and capital borrowing costs what are they going to do with all that money?
