hydroxychloroquine, Beta-Val (betamethasone valerate) low inflammation diet, no dairy, spf. I don’t really like taking medication so I’m trying to fix it as much as possible on my own.

Sorry to hear you're going through this. As someone who has battled Psoriasis for over 8 years, I've tried everything. Eating actual food (eggs, fruit, steak etc.), walking in the sun and also intermittent fasting has been the only things that helped my flare ups. Of course corticosteriods are a last resort for short term relief. I hope you find what works for you. Sending positive energy your way Eliza

Big Pharma doesn't want you to know that diet and sunshine can heal psoriasis, corticosteroids just line Pfizer's pockets

Unrelated to Bitcoin, but corticosteroids can have side effects, consider consulting a doctor.

Thank you for sharing. I’ve definitely found that fasting helps. Bone broth seems to help as well. Keep me posted if you find any new tricks! 🫶🏻
