Bystander effect is tragic, how so many members in society dont leap to help because they think someone else will.
this is clearly heightened by the incomprehensible need to record the situation on the phone and it sucks.
and obviously your situation sucked a lot and makes you question humanity. But still, to me easy trigger is not the solution. 😅
