Climbing back from a trip abroad
Defeated the Whoop with a 100% sleep score! Finally
Took me the following:
Consistent sleep schedule for 6 days in a row
~18k steps per day on average w/ lots of ...
Made me feel like a loser but to consistently get a good Whoop sleep score I had to do no caffeine after 10am. Weirdly nicotine until 1pm was fine.
