Hushed works OK but the notifications are hit and miss on GrapheneOS. Call quality is good if it establishes a good connection, maybe 1 out of 20 calls are flaky but are fixed with hanging up and call...
I used hushed in El Salvador and worked fine. I was mostly texting but don’t recall any issues at all.
